It’s time I give out lore based on The Undertale AU I’ve created. And it’s practically a combination of all my Hyper fixations but with a Sorta Unique twist on it.

This post will contain the lore for the Very beginning of this universe and Serve as the origins for the Universe itself. So I introduce you to the AU Known as…

DataTale

Prologue:“The Creation.”

The story begins long before Time. Long before anything at the very first start of the universe. There was just infinite darkness and void. Just nothing but then suddenly there was a bright light,Most people know this simply as the Big Bang. But this was where the first being of the universe came into existence. They Were Simply called…

“The Created one”

The Created One Saw that the Universe around them was Vast and empty so They decided to make Things to fill its Vast Emptiness,They created Stars and planets,Galaxy’s and Star systems all of it. But They Weren’t satisfied with just that So they created Planets and they created life within these planets. Their first attempts at life were sloppy Most of the time they were incomprehensible Life forms that could barely even count as Life. Until they decided: Why don’t I just make them in my image?

So they did exactly that. They created Both Humans and Monsters at first they didn’t know what they were at first and acted more like hollow puppets than anything. So they decided to create something to give them a sense of self. Something Simply known as Hearts and Souls

Souls; “A Heart shaped Manifestation of their entire being And their power”

Hearts; “A manifestation of the Power of The Light and Darkness of their Being.”

Each one was different as They imbued a small aspect of their being into every one of them. But he needed somethings to watch over them all. And thus the first gods were created into existence Embodying aspects of the world.

Agileon and His Brother Obscurius,The Gods of Light and Darkness.

Gaia,The Goddess of Nature and Life.

Chronoseus,The God of Time.

Hilydreus,The Goddess Of Strength.

Equinoxia,The Goddess of The Sun and The Moon.

Athenoth, The God/Goddess of Knowledge and the Stars.

Ivaria The Goddess of The Hunt.

Leonax the God of Bravery.

Odinthoreus,The God Of Thunder and Lightning.

There were many other Gods that embodied the aspects of the World but they were Lost to time.

The Gods And Goddesses watched over the world making sure things were in order and things went well with the world. But then One Day a Primordial beast that lived in the Emptiness of the void before The Created One Made the Universe attacking them severing them into 3 pieces. In their Final moments They Created 3 More Gods To represent themself and to make sure that they live on in some way shape and form to lead the gods.

Zandakion The God of Order and balance

Kontaserus The God of Power and Control

After the 3 new gods were born the others took to slaying the primordial Monster that had killed their Creator (and practically Parental figure) Severing it into pieces and sealing it away to prevent it from doing anymore harm. But because of the created one’s Death and Creation Of The 3 new gods it left a power vacuum in the Universe. So the gods Decided to create 6 different realms to bring order to the worlds. Although unbeknownst to the Gods The Primordial Beast had created a realm of their own.

the Realms went like this:

The God Realm (Home of the gods)

The Realm of Light. (Mortal Realm)

The Twilight Realm (in between world)

The Dark Realm (Self explanatory)

The Abyss (Deepest part of the dark realm)

The Veil (Protects The realms from Chaos)

And the most Chaotic Realm of them all..

The Chaos Realm.

A Chaotic Mass of Discord,Havoc and Unpredictability. It is pretty much Hell and the most unstable and Anomalous of all the realms.

One day when Kontaserus was guarding the Remains of the Primordial Beast he Heard a voice call out to him offering him even more power than the one he had. In taking the Offer he Became corrupted,Evil and Pretty much feral Causing Him to Mortally Wound Zandakion which Caused the other gods to Imprison Kontaserus within the chaos realm. But because of Zandakion being wounded it cause A lot of disorder,which lead to the first war between humans and monsters snd because of this it brought a New threat to both humans and monsters. They were simply called Shadows at first but they gained a New name over time:

“The LostHearts”

These creatures were born from the Primordial darkness that existed within Souls and Hearts since the beginning. And these proved to be a More dangerous threat to Both human and monster kind to the point where they made a Truce in order to fight against them but most of their weapons proved to do nothing against them their attacks only Holding them off for a short amount of time. So one day the gods blessed them with the ability to create weapons capable of fighting back against these creatures:

Heartblades and Soul-Weapons

Weapons Born from the Heart and Soul of a Being,although these did prove to be effective against the LostHearts it only did so much. However because They were born from The Primordial darkness of one’s Heart and Soul. The gods Had a terrifying thought:

“What if the same applies to the Beast from the void? The Same one that killed our creator?”

And their fears were only confirmed when A Great Dragon of Darkness appeared in the Mortal Realm Wreaking havoc on the Mortal Realm.

Agileon decided that enough was enough so He decided to Chose one from Human and Monster kind to be Given the Ability to Use the light to Slay this Dragon of Darkness. It proved to be successful and it was able to Kill it but because of Agileon making himself Known to the mortals all the other gods chose to make themselves known to the mortals. And Chose the Best of them to represent them as their avatar’s. Artakreus even decided to make 2 Weapons that worked as a way of Keeping the world In Balance and safe from LostHearts but he also made sure to Separate the weapons into multiple pieces to ensure that the weapons wouldnt end up in the wrong hands.

To make sure Humans and Monsters Knew how to manifest their Soul-Weapons and Heartblades in the event of The LostHearts returning they founded Schools and Families that Would Teach Newer generations to manifest them.

As time went on the world was at peace,and Eventually the Gods were forgotten to time. But they were okay with that so the returned to their Realm to wait for the Day they would be needed by Humans and monster kind. But a few of the gods chose to live amongst The Humans and Monsters to keep things in check and to Watch them as the World moved on.

Technology advanced thanks to the collaboration of both Human science and Monster Magic. Naturally there were some who didn’t like Humans and monsters coexisting for some reason. But some of them Eventually changed their ways whenever monsters Saved their lives. As time went on Humans and monsters made Advances in all sorts of fields.

But all that will change when the World and Reality..

*The two were still trying to escape their mirror like crystals cage*

*She kicks the wall*

*She summons magic kunai and tries to stab wall… only to feel her arm feel like it was pricked badly*

*He notices Cheshire staring at his own reflection*

*Slowly, Cheshire materializes a giant hammer into his gloved hands, raising it high above his head, ready to slam it down. This causes Ralsei to panic.*

*Data turns his head and immediately holds out

*A large holographic Pink hand Grabs Cheshire completely as it was like a hand grabbing a squeaky toy*

*The large pink magic Astral hand holds firm. It is quite strong and sturdy and not easy to get out of*

*Cheshire points to his reflection, both Data and Emeline noticing the sheer difference between them. What was most off-putting was the reflection's smile; an evil, maddened smile.*

*The face lines on his face changes color again… To the multiple ones before*

*His fist pulses with four colors of electricity*

*The Arcane hand flickers and electricy pulses. Four colored streaks zap Cheshire’s head. He then in an instant finds himself in pitch black darkness… Around him are 4 colored wisps shaped like hearts. Surrounded by them. Cheshire's eyes light up, the only other light besides the wisps were the flare of his yellow irises. In that moment, he began to panic, slowly hyperventilating. Where exactly was he? Why were there heart-shaped wisps surrounding him? His hammer remained clutched tightly in his grasp, ready to fend off any attack that comes his way.*

*The wisps began to change shape. The purple one became a dragon. The green one became a nine tailed fox. The orange one became what looked like a Liger. And the yellow one became what looked like a monkey with a staff and a strange circlet. The monkey slowly walks up to Cheshire. And…*

*BONK*

*Cheshire got bonked on the head hard by the monkey*

*Raises hand and slaps Cheshire across the face. Literally snapping him back to reality as the Arcane hand fizzled out and Data stumbling back as his face lines flicker. Dropping Cheshire. Making Cheshire still feel that bonk on head and slap across face. Data looks confused as heck as electricity sounds coming from him*

*The jester seems to have returned to his senses, confused and bewildered. He looked almost like a scared child as he gazed into the gems that replace Data's eyes.*

*Holding onto his cheek, still feeling the sting from the mindscape. Data has no way to respond as he looks at his hand, it twitching strangely… Why does he feel even more different?*

I asked this on your partner’s blog but it probably got buried. Aren’t lightners unable to stay in the dark world very long?

It hasn't gotten buried, neither of us have gotten the time to answer it thanks to life stuff. However, I can answer it myself if that makes things any better (and to hopefully quench your curiosity). I honestly like to think that the Dark World shapes a Lightner after a prolonged period of time, morphing them to better suit their environment. It's what happens to the King and Queen, and even what happened to Emeline in my AU (for Datarune, the King and Queen's true forms will be revealed later on). You know, the more I think about your question, the more I want that to be brought up in my AU by Ralsei... Well shit, thanks for the unintended inspiration! Been meaning to have more ideas for the Delta Warriors for my Deltarune AU, and now I have a bit.

- [ ] In another world known as matrixtale they say its the most technologically advanced AU in the multiverse ruled by 2 leaders Chief Tyranus first in command and commander fisher second in command and they invented robots to assist civilization however commander fisher had other plans he secretly tried reprogramming the robots to eliminate humanity by hacking into the cores mother computer as Tyranus found out about his plot by one of his followers Tyranus rushed to the core to find the commander hacking into the computer as they confronted eachother and fought Tyranus accidentally blasted the mother computer causing the whole core to explode killing them both but fishers spirit ended up in undershift and Tyranus spirit ended up in datatale However somting else from his world ended up in the datatale au with him a mysterious orb containing special powers that can creat a physical body but once again he made a mistake His power wasn’t compatible and therefore he remained as a spirit until chara and asriel died as a peace of his souls he used the fragments which were comparable with monsters energy to create his physical body as flowey began the reset loops tryanus used this time and he was able to teleport back to his own world from the powers he learned from the orb but when he arrived it was too late civilization has perished including the robots however he did find one who was most intact and took it to the data tale world where he hidden it in the secret location for many years until the other colored children have arrived then Tyranus saw the opportunity to rebuild the robot with the proper assistance naming him david programing him to assist thoes in need many years have passed once frisk fell down their determination overridden flowey’s they became the chosen one as they were the only hope of saving all the monsters Tyranus remained hidden through the whole time as monsters were being saved. Meanwhile in undershift as fisher’s spirit ended up in the undershift timeline he lost some of his memories containing his hatred for the human race and being the commander in the previous life the only memories that remained is knowing that his determination can override all others and the desire to abuse it once undershift frisk was about to be born he took the opportunity and take the frisk for himself thats how fisher was created in the alternate timelines

*The Kids continue on as it seems to be getting somewhat darker*

*Chara unfortunately remembers the Streamerpillar that caused her grief*

*They stop to turn a corner and they see… Two eggs sitting on a log in front of a wall of mist… They all look at them…. And they have stick arms and legs and have faces*

*The Egg on the left was hard and had a smile. The one on the right looked sad and soft. Like a black chicken egg and a century egg. They sit on a log with a helicopter hat and trousers. They both speak at the same time*

*Chara immediately grabs Frisk and Alice’s wrists

*She uses her wings to shield them and pulls them to the mist wall. She then bumps into the wall of mist that blocks their path as if it was solid*

*They bounce around and honk in a musical tune for a bit before they stop and speak in unison*

*Frisk is noticing Alice may be being negatively affected by this Outlands. Her sweet personality seems to be dissipating…. Chara Alice and Frisk all sit down*

*The tweedles speak in unison once again*

*Frisk blinks confused while Chara and Alice speak up*

*The tweedles begin their story*

“Once upon a time. There were two mice. Who didn’t love eachother… But they had to stay together to survive in an empty farm. One day. They had a litter. Only one. A tiny runt mouse. The runt was not like the mommy or daddy. She was full of life and filled with sweetness like candy. But the mommy and daddy hated eachother. And hated her… so whenever the runt did something nice. They would bite her. Her ear. Her tail. Her arms and legs. They would bite bite bite bite!~ No matter how many times the runt begged them to stop or play dead. They would just simply bite more. And the sweetness and life she felt turned to ash and gray. One day. The runt had enough…. And she climbed to the very top of the farm house… And she jumped. Falling to her death. Only to be gobbled up by a black cat. Who while the runt was climbing the farm. Had eaten the mommy and the daddy. And so even in death. The tiny runt could never escape her home…. The end!”

*Chara and Alice look horrified…. But the one who seemed most affected was….*

*Stress is something to manage slowly, if dealt with poorly like simply ignoring the past situation. It can cause more stress to build up and cause mental breakdown. Frisk parents poorly managed them with that mentality, it’s why they are hard to handle anxiety to this day… But they are trying…*

With respect dear Cheshire, I think that child has more experience than 10 of your lifetimes. Maybe even more… she was tormented as a child, she found a new family, and she died with her brother. She came back as a ghost and watched the flower who she later found out was her brother all along kill her family. Again and again. All she wanted was for people to be happy. But in the end she became what she hated… You may relate to her a lot more then you may think…

*They may have more in common with each other then Cheshire realizes*

*Frisk flinches seeing the little blob creature and instantly calms down somehow*

*There is silence… in the air… Frisk looks absolutely horrified…*

*Frisk has the face of absolute trauma and fear… as this almost sounds similar to their life before they met Data… While Chara stares… and looks ready to burst*

*She gets up*

*Before she could continue they spoke once again*

”Once upon a time. There was a colony of cats. They lived in a cave. All of them black and not allowed to be apart of society. They hunted anything from bugs to tiny animals. They were so many that they even hunted bulls and humans. The worse offense, was they ate their own kind. These black cats were the most hated creatures. But they lived in a society where they believed they were above the rules of Mother Nature. One day. A gentle kitten born from this colony who’s as destined to lead this clan, was quite a coward. And so she ran from her cave. She ran and ran and fell off a cliff. When she came to she found herself on a farm. A baby goat found her and brought her to his herd. The goat herd did not know of the evil cats and lived in peace. So they took her in as their own. They taught her to leap, they taught her to bump heads, and taught her to play. However, the cat only ate grass… and she could not live off it. A hunger grew inside her, foam frothed at her mouth. She tricked the goat who saved her to go on a hill. And tell him she was dying of hunger. She said that if he let her eat him, they would be together forever. The baby goat naively believed her. And as she ate the goat, she cried out in anguish. As this hunger she blamed on her own kind. And so. She went back to her colony. And began killing every cat in the cave. The males, females, kits, even the unborn from the females in labor. The more she killed the bigger she became. Until there was no cat left. She couldn’t be satisfied. She hated them. She hated herself. And she hated the world. She left the cave in hopes the herd would take her in. But when she came back. The herd was all but dead. As the baby goat they had held a cure to a disease they had. That the farmer who tended the land was preparing. The cat now finally realized that she was cursed. Everything she touched did nothing but destroy. And so she lost herself in her anger and hate. She prowled the farm. Eating some mice she found. One of which fell in front of her. She did not care. She ate. She killed. It was all she knew now. Until a loud bang was heard upon the farm. The cursed kitten was shot. By the farmer. And so she was buried. But it is said that she still prowls on the farm. Hunting and eating. Because for her…. It was now fun to her…. Because she knew what she did… was for LOVE.”

*Chara stares. With her eye twitching*

*She looks up in horror realizing she may be next*

*Meanwhile Chara grits her teeth and her wings turn sharp like knives again. Her claws come out slowly as she scrapes the ground with them in an angry grip*

*she slashes at the two eggs but they turn to fog and reappear in the air, looking a bit different, as if puppets dangling by strings*

“There was a baby rabbit. Who was left on the porch of a human family. The mother was sick and was dying. So she left her there all alone in the rain. The humans took her in. But they had many other pets who were mean. And the children handled the pets poorly. The snake would choke the rabbit. The hamster would bite the rabbit. And the chicken would peck at the rabbit. The human kids were not smart when it came to handling the baby rabbit. Holding her by the ears. Tossing her around. And dressing her up clothing that was too tight around her. One day the family bought a goat. The rabbit was treated fairly by the goat. And so the rabbit believed foolishly that he was her father. For she did not know what love was until this goat took care of her. However. One day… the goat disappeared. As he was sold off to a farm. Leaving the rabbit all alone. The rabbit soon died as she was thrown at a wall by one of the human parents in a drunken fit of rage. The baby rabbit died crying out for her fake father to come find her. Only to never see him again. As he had died during an accident at the farm. He grew sick as the rabbits mother did. As the disease took them both. In the end. The rabbit was reunited with her mother and father. In the beyond of the void.”

*Alice couldn't quite understand it, but the story hit her personally. The way it was worded… It struck a nerve. She could feel tears streaming down her face as she absorbed the story, trying to process it all. Alice soon broke down into a heaping, sobbing mess on the ground, clutching her head. She couldn't understand why the story was effecting her this way.*

*These stories… Were clearly… about our young heroes…*
